1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries submitted through it. Separate terms covering the production of your videos will be agreed directly with you once you decide to proceed with a project.
2. Enquiries and free sample applications
Submitting a quote enquiry does not commit you to any paid work, and does not guarantee a free sample. We review each application and select a limited number of businesses each month to receive a free sample video, provided free of charge and without obligation to continue. We reserve the right to decline an enquiry or application, for example where a brief falls outside what we're able to produce.
3. Pricing
We do not publish fixed prices. Any quote we provide is specific to your project and will be confirmed with you in writing before paid work begins.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your product information, brand assets and any materials you provide to us. Once a video has been delivered and, where applicable, paid for, you're free to use it for your advertising and marketing purposes.
5. Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, submitting false information through our forms, or using it to distribute unlawful content.
6. Liability
We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website, to the extent permitted by law.
